Cancellation Policy
Effective April 29, 2026, all appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. No exceptions apply. Rescheduling requests must also be submitted no less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Please note that cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.
